You’re Not Broken, You’re Human

There are days when everything feels too much. When your mind won’t stop racing, your body feels heavy, and even the smallest tasks seem impossible. You might feel disconnected, misunderstood, or like you’re falling behind while everyone else is moving forward. If you’re feeling that today, I want you to know something… You are not broken. What it really is, when we struggle with our mental health, it can make us believe we’re failing at life. But often, we’re not failing, we’re simply carrying more than anyone can see. Healing isn’t a straight line Some days you’ll feel stronger. Other days you’ll feel like you’ve gone backwards. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Sometimes healing looks like: 🔹️Taking a shower. 🔹️Drinking a glass of water. 🔹️Going outside for five minutes. 🔹️Asking for help. 🔹️Choosing to stay another day. Those things matter. Be kind to yourself in the moments when your mind isn’t. You deserve the same compassion that you’d so easily give to someone else. If today feels impossibly heavy… Just focus on the next small step.
